Sound System in English



      Vowel Sounds: 

     Vowel sounds are speech sounds produced with an open vocal tract, where the airflow is unobstructed and the tongue, lips, and other articulatory organs do not create a significant constriction.

     These sounds are typically produced without any friction in the vocal tract or air passes through the mouth without blockage.
